On an annual basis, we have Carl Walker Construction, Inc. review our structure to make certain the surface membrane is still intact. We also rely on them for sidewalk and paver repairs. In 2005, a broken City of Pittsburgh water main flooded another one of our parking facilities. Carl Walker Construction, Inc. inspected the deck and resurfaced the damaged sections …another job well done.

Their field management is excellent, and the work they have done for us has extended the useful life of our parking facilities.
