In 2019 the construction committee and superintendent of the district undertook the restoration of our vintage 1939 Works Progress Administration constructed 5000 seat concrete stadium. Our efforts began with a search for a company with the knowledge and assets to manage and perform the work necessary to ensure the integrity of the structure and to complete all necessary repair and restoration work while maintaining the structural history of the complex. After months of searching, a professional acquaintance suggested Carl Walker Construction. From day one, the principals involved namely Greg Heddaeus, Blake Carroll, Dominic Broglia, Joe Racz and Mike Wojno communicated in a through and timely manner in the spirit of a team effort where all parties were involved in the process.
