In 2017, WVU Facilities hired CWC to perform re-coating and waterproofing repairs on the East Side of the stadium’s Upper Bowl. This work included removing and replacing 2,000 LF of caulking, replacement of 1,450 LF of pre-molded expansion joints over the treads and risers, re-coating of the entire 70,000 SF Upper Bowl, and painting of the exterior and field-level entrance walls.
In 2018, CWC was hired to re-coat the entire South Bowl. During this project, CWC performed several additional repairs in order to guarantee a leak proof bowl. We replaced 2,400 LF of pre-molded expansion joints in the South and West Upper Bowls. These joints included installing an additional layer of protection by applying caulking on all treads and risers in the South area to cover the newly renovated practice facility.
Currently CWC is performing waterproofing repairs on the West Upper bowl which includes caulking 2,000 LF and re-coating 70,000 SF.
