Josh Scanlan is a University of Colorado Boulder graduate where he studied Environmental Design and Architecture. A native of Colorado, Josh gained extensive experience within the construction industry working in several estimator and project manager roles before moving to Pittsburgh and joining the Carl Walker team. Some of Josh’s previous experience also included precast concrete garage work in the greater Denver area. It was this role that began Josh’s interest in the parking garage niche within the construction industry. After joining the Carl Walker team in July of 2022, Josh has been involved in overseeing several large-scale projects, including a significant post-tension parking garage venture with the City of Wheeling. Josh looks forward to nurturing his skills with the Carl Walker team for years to come and experiencing a new range of weather-related challenges in the Pittsburgh area – conditions that will indeed differ from his practices in Colorado.
